Dallas Tornado: Home Repair & Addition & Patio Cover

The October Tornado that swept through the DFW Metroplex, damaged this home, causing trees to fall and tearing off parts of the home.

The Rogers got hit by the tornado in October, destroying parts of their home. We repaired the structure of their roof to match the original home structure. Then, we installed a brand new fence, remodeled their entry way and updated the home’s exterior.

The final finish includes a half open patio and half enclosed patio with built in storage and cooking area.

Completed Home Addition and Custom Patio Cover.

The Rogers always had plans to expand their patio, so they thought this was a good opportunity to move forward with that plan. We expanded their existing patio.

Inside the enclosed side of the patio.
Another angle from the enclosed side of the patio. This is considered a home addition since the structure is built from an extension of the home.

The mantle was custom built by us, we also installed the electrical and gave them a natural wood ceiling to match the natural honey color of the fence we installed for them.
On the open side of the patio, we installed a mini bar for them.
We custom built this storage space for their stove and mini fridge and stained it to match their mantel.
We put some Cedar Shake and tiles up all across the wall.
