This home owner requested the assistance of Green Nation a roof installation. We need to do a re-roofing on a large portion of their existing roof. This home owner also needed us to fix leaking issues they were having due to the steep pitch of their beautiful home located in Southlake, Texas.
At the point where the second level and first level of the building met were two large valleys. Due to the amount of snow and hail that would accumulate there in conjunction with the current roofing system, were a main source for leaks. The siding and decking at these points were rotting. Green Nation recommended a re-roof or roofing installation.

Green Nation employees removed the existing roofing system from a steep pitch located in the roof. The crew members cut back the bottom of the siding and replaced decking that required it. We installed a fully adhered EPDM membrane system in the two valleys and up the walls.
Finally, custom fabricated metal, dimensional shingles, and replacements for the gutter and downspout were installed. The results were perfection and amazing, adding value to the already beautiful home.
